Hors de ces jours moroses d'un nouveau second confinent, j'ai au moins ce petit moment qui me fait du bien, ce moment précieux juste après avoir terminé une nouvelle compo où mon esprit ne pense à rien d'autre qu'aux notes qui dansent dans mon esprit.

Le défi était de taille quand j'ai écouté les sessions de guitare de Jean-Pol Lardot. Comment diable pourrais-je adapter cet univers viceral propre au Blues à l'approche carrée de la musique électronique... et comment l'adapter à mon approche minimaliste en 1h chrono.

Puis, j'ai vu cette vallée désertique, ces robots démembrés laissés là, vestiges d'un autre temps... et ce gars avec un chapeau, sur son cheval traversant la vallée au soleil couchant...

Voilà, les deux univers s'étaient alors connectés dans ma tête. J'entendais comment les guitares de Jean-Pol allaient se transformer en boucle, comment les synthés de mon 4KLang et son grand frère 64Klang2, pouvaient se mettre en musique pour composer la bande de son du teaser du SPOC en Robotique.

Well, another new concept to work quickly. Starting from some blues guitar's records played by Jean-Pol Lardot.

Not an easy musical project as blues guitar are not easy to fit inside a 4-4 square electronic project. But that moody ambient let me quickly imagine a valley of forgotten robots near the desert, some kind of last western robot battle... Something happens in my heads, something sounds in my mind... Here we go, we are both happy of the result !

Once again, i've used my sound palet out of 4KLang and 64klang VSTi plugged to Open Modplug Tracker.
